Hello! My name is Alex, and I've been a therapist for ten years. I am a telehealth provider and work exclusively with adults 18 and above. I can see clients who are located in Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, and Colorado. I understand how intimidating starting therapy can be, and I value building strong, lasting relationships with my clients. The most important thing to me is that you feel comfortable, heard, and safe. So we'll work through the issues that brought you in, but we'll also celebrate your progress, talk about that one family member/coworker/friend who drives you crazy, and yes, I absolutely want to see pictures of your pet.
